Our innovative kit containing all you need for the humane disposal of clinical leeches. Years of extensive research have allowed us to discover the most humane method of euthanizing leeches, and it is also the easiest with the use of our all in one kit.
We have 2 kit sizes available. Our small kit is suitable for up to 6 leeches and our Large kit is suitable for up to 20 leeches.
Each Small kit contains:
NosdaTM Part A & Part B (100ml each). Our humane leech euthanizing solution. Part A = 8% solution, Part B = 70% solution.
2 x disposal pots which are labelled as “Clinical Waste” and have the space for patient details and date. Each pot can be used for individual leeches or for up to 5 leeches.
1 x leech friendly forceps, which can be used to transfer the leeches from Part A to Part B.
1 x Pair of medium latex free surgical gloves.
Each Large kit contains:
NosdaTM Part A & Part B (250ml each). Our humane leech euthanizing solution. Part A = 8% solution, Part B = 70% solution.
4 x disposal pots which are labelled as “Clinical Waste” and have the space for patient details and date. Each pot can be used for individual leeches or for up to 5 leeches.
1 x leech friendly forceps, which can be used to transfer the leeches from Part A to Part B.
